Étienne Mérineau is a successful Montreal-based entrepreneur and venture capitalist. In 2017, he co-founded a conversational AI startup acquired for $60M in 2021 and now partners with founders to scale their growth and go-to-market strategies. A published author, thought leader and speaker featured in over 100 publications internationally — including Forbes, TechCrunch, Business Insider, The Washington Post, Vogue Business and Shopify's Blog — he made the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018 (Marketing & Technology). Throughout his career, his work has been recognized with more than 65 awards internationally.

Luis Gutierrez Roy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Telegraph, a boutique VC firm based in Barcelona and Montreal.
Luis' expertise in finance, M&A & Corporate Development has led him to build a globally-recognized early-stage fund with consistent top quartile returns and a strong reputation amongst founders.
Over the years, he has invested in more than 55 startups around the world, including in Canada's finest B2B SaaS startups (Planned, Talent.com, Chronogolf (acq. by Lightspeed), QuoteMachine (acq. by Lightspeed), Vessel, Vasco, and more).
A former M&A Director at Ernst & Young, Luis holds an MBA from the University of Francisco and Bachelor in Business & Economics from the University of Barcelona.
Varun Dalal is a General Partner at Telegraph Hill Capital, a venture capital firm based in Barcelona and San Francisco. With over a decade of experience in venture capital, transaction advisory, and audit at KPMG, he brings strong expertise in early-stage investing and financial strategy.
Since 2012, Varun has sourced and managed investments across technology, mobile, media, healthcare, engineering, and business process outsourcing (BPO), contributing to several successful exits including Chronogolf (acquired by Lightspeed).
A Chartered Accountant, Varun holds a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (University of Delhi) and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He is passionate about supporting founders in building globally competitive companies and accelerating innovation across industries.
